What’s that smell?

YUMMY! i broke out the crockpot today,long overdue too!
inside my crockpot is the following:
6 boneless/skinless pork chops
envelope of liptons onion soup mix
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
5 baking potatos,cut up
1/2 cup of water
2 small peeled onions,separated
that’s going to cook for about 7 hours on low and towards the end i’ll add in a can of carrots.if i had fresh i would have put them in already. you can add peas or other veggies if you want!! actually, the cream of chicken soup isn’t part of this recipe,it’s my own personal touch and it really makes the meal!
my home smells soooo good already!
if you’ve never tried this, you really should! it is SO easy to put together and it tastes great too!

erika is just 26 months old and she went poopy on her potty today for the first time(she’s peed twice,but never poopy lol! 
it wasn’t just a coincidence either,she TOLD me she had to go poopy and walked over to the potty,sat down and did her thing!!! WOOHOO!! i am so proud of my baby girl!! girls definately get the hang of it sooner than boys(than my boys anyway,! lol).
now to see just how long she takes to become fully day trained! hoping this wasn’t just a fluke,i’m pretty confident it wasn’t!
i totally believe it is healthiest to NOT push the child when it comes to using the potty,to just have it available and always talk about what goes in it and keep asking if she wants to use it and making a HUGE deal when she does sit on it-even if nothing happens. in the beginning she would get a sticker just for sitting on it,didn’t matter if she went or not. lol
wearing her first pair of trainer undies,and her present for going,dress up shoes.no,that’s not her tail!:

Day 2

day 2 of no carbonated beverages entering my body,has begun!
it’s a damn shame they don’t make non carbonated coca cola products…..altho a coke icee couldn’t hurt every now and again…but it couldn’t help much either i presume. *sigh*
after all the tests and ruling outs of what could-be’s,i figured i’d go back to this trial. i still need to get my blood taken for one last set of blood work ups, but i doubt they will show anything different from the last batch.
so yuppers…..this is how i come back to my blog after a ridiculously long and uncalled for hiatus,even by MY standards……..with a *BANG*….an- i left a 2 liter of coke in the hot 130′ degree car all afternoon and immediately stupidly opened it…..THAT kind of bang!! haha not really, but it just sounded quite fitting.
you’ll notice some cosmetic changes to my blog as well. i like it.nice and fresh.i even changed the title.been wanting to do that for a very long time,but nothing ‘hit’ me until the day i did change it…was the first thing that came to mind and me likey!!! tell me what you think!!
i think i need to fix the subscribe via email do hicky but the subscribe via RSS looks to be all hooked up in the right places. be sure to sign up,you really won’t want to miss any of my awesome-ness that is surely about to spew from my mouth!! hahaha

i had to go looking….my last post prior to the 2 i just completed was made march 23rd,2009. omigosh! ok well,that won’t be happening again!nope,nevah again!
this blog is my foundation for my thoughts and feelings and day to day going ons<ha,did i make that one up? can you imagine how full my head is right now without having written since march 23rd?????? cheezits man! that is crazy! i love to write,always have! and from here on out,i am commiting myself to a mental hospital not giving a hoot as to what my readers might think of my writings….cause well like we already established…it’s MINE. and i can pretty much do whatever i damn please with my own blog.and i plan to! so those of you just looking for trouble,GET A LIFE. those looking to learn more about my awesome-ness, kudos to you for finding your way back!

Yes, i am very sarcastic and can have a dry sense of humor. but with 3 kids, a not always perfect relationship(whos is???),and coping with what God gave me(bipolar), ya just gotta LAUGH! cause if you don’t,then well….then you’re blood pressure might get too high and STAY there!!

march 24,2007. it has been 2 very long years since my best friend was taken from this earth. 
his memory will always be within my heart and mind.
i truly believe i have felt his presence more than once since his death.it’s very comforting.
i just wish that the occasional dream would become a realityonce i open my eyes….but alas,they are just dreams.

tomorrow is the big day.kind of feels surreal in a way. we’ll be waking up about 3am!! EEK! gotta check in at the hospital at 5am. surgery doesn’t begin til about 730.
i’m still freaking out,and we have SO much to do today to get ready.my list is huge! kind of overwhelming actually. to the point that i am just sitting here blogging instead of working on it. *sigh* putting off the inevitable i guess huh?
my mom is gonna come over later to help me fold the mounds of laundry on the couch.lol i can never seem to stay caught up with it.
i’ll be in the hospital til friday or saturday.hopefully no later than saturday! then the real fun begins…..at home!!
can’t sit,can’t walk..all that good stuff. they better give me really good pain meds,that’s all i gotta say!
i’ll be updating soon! please keep me in your thoughts/prayers,for a safe surgery and easy,fast recovery!
my kids will be staying with my parents(on the same street as us),for probably 6 weeks! i’ll miss them bunches and bunches!!

ok,so last night i dyed my hair. it will be about 2 months before i have the chance again, so i wanted to go ahead and get it over with.
so the box says no drip formula and to shake the developer bottle after mixing with the color until it thickens. well,i kept shaking and shaking and it really didn’t thicken much.
then i put it on and it drips! it doesn’t just stay where i put it,again i continue on.
and i realize this brand smells pretty darn good and doesn’t irritate my scalp at all! so i put a bit on my brows too and check the time. then i sit down at the puter til it is time to rinse. my eyebrows got kind of hard when the stuff dried,which i thought was weird.
so into the shower i go,i add a bit of warm water to lather it up per the directions,then i rinse my head for several minutes to get all the color out.it doesn’t take as long as usual so i was pleased.
i grab the after color conditioner tube and open it up.i thought it was odd that it had one of those piercing lids to open it but no big deal……until………. i saw what came out!! OMFG!!! it was this reddish brown stuff. and then it friggin hit me and hit me hard!!! i had just ‘dyed’ my hair with the damn conditioner mixed with the developer!!! how the hell did i let that happen?????? i was slightly amused but also pissed.
so in essence my hair got a very deep conditioning treatment last night-to the tune of 45 minutes! lmfao!! it really feels soft and silky today!! but i still have my grays!! HAHAHA
i had kerry stop at walgreens on his way home from work and pick me up 2 more boxes. you can bet i’ll be sure and go slower this time and READ the containers before i go about mixing them up!!
can someone please tell me they have done this before too??? please???

jakob went to the fair with a friend of mine thursday evening. he went with our family wednesday evening! lol lucky boy!! when we went we didn’t get home til close to 11pm. he was SO exhausted the next morning for school. when he came home from school my mom told him he was invited to go AGAIN and of course he said yes.
he got home close to 11 again. poor kid had red eyes and his lips were really red too.he was so very exhausted but he had a GREAT time!
a fellow fair patron gave him 2 tickets to be redeemed for fish. if you win at that game you get tickets to come back later and get your fish,rather than carry them around with you. he was so happy!
i told him we couldn’t put them in our tank right away,in case they weren’t healthy. i explained why they may not be healthy and we put them in our spare fishbowl. well, this morning both gold fish were floating at the top.
AND….our betta that we’ve had about a year was dead and halfway sucked up into the nano filter in his little tank. OMG what a morning!!
and seriously,i didn’t need this right now. cause my crazy head is thinking it is some type of sick sign about my surgery! lmao i totally know how ridiculous that is but it’s what i thought.
jakob is sad,but he understands. i told him when i am back on my feet after the surgery we will get another betta, or a different kind of fish for the 20g tank.
i am so proud of lukas!! he went on so many rides!! last year he he wouldn’t go on anything!! BUT he is still scared to ride a merry go round. we didn’t try any rides with erika this year, we’ll save that for next year! she had fun just looking at all the lights and walking around in her squeaky shoes! lukas had his on too!! lol
