so lukas sees an ortho specialist tomorrow. his ped. wrote a dx of Talipes varus on the referral. now that is a congenital deformity,meaning he would be born with it. so i don’t think this is exactly what he has. but hopefully we get him all fixed up so he can stop literally falling all over himself every day.:(

it is hard to explain but he very nearly walks on his ankles! aside from flat feet he inherited from me,the inner soles of his feet are very ‘fallen’ to the point it looks like he is almost walking on his ankles at times.you can’t really tell when he wears shoes,but when barefoot it is very noticeable. it’s gotten much worse lately.when he runs his feet knock into each other.

then friday evening i go for my MRI of my spine.i’m not getting anymore injections until we get the results back.it’s been a few years since my last one and i want to know how things are before i proceed with other forms of treatment-just to be on the safe side ya know? i THINK our new bed may be helping some,i still wake up sore but not as bad as with the other bed.
